Located 30 km from the city of Cacuso, in the municipality of Malanje, the hotel is set on the Terras de Koló farm.
It has 38 rooms and 6 suites, a meeting room with capacity for up to 14 people, a restaurant, a bar, a pool bar,
a swimming pool, and an outdoor fitness area. The hotel is characterized by its horizontal structure; the rooms were
formerly workers’ dormitories from the sisal factory, now in ruins, located nearby. A tributary of the Cuanza River
passes just a few meters from the hotel. Guests can also visit the Kalandula Falls, formerly known as the Duke of Braganza Falls,
the Giant Rocks of Pungo Andongo (or Black Rocks), and the Cangandala National Park, home to the Giant Sable Antelope,
a symbol of Angola.
